In accordance with the rules set out by the Sentinel community. The BlueFrenDAO, led by (telegram handles) @Grandmasterbepe & Joey from Badgerbite @joey19944, put forward this signaling proposal to be discussed and voted upon:

We want to take the Sentinel Network to new heights and lead the way in IBC collaboration, which in turn will help to restore Sentinel's reputation amongst the Cosmos.

Already we have worked to bring Decentr, the Cosmos browser, into the fold by integrating dVPN with it.

Together with Joey, we are proposing the allocation of $2000 USD (5,864,586.69) $dVPN at the time of writing) from the Sentinel Community Fund to fund the development of V2Ray nodes deployed on the Akash Network.

This project work will be carried out by @dimokus, a highly skilled and experienced developer on the Akash network.
